I'm happy when you're happy. If you aren't happy, I accept returns and cancellations. 

• Contact me within 3 days of delivery
• Ship items back within 3 days of cancellation (6 days after delivery)
• Refund will be issued after item is received by me
• Cancellation is communicated within 3 hours of purchase

Shipping 

• I ship items within 7 days, with most items shipping within 3 days
• When your item ships, you will receive tracking information

I cannot accept returns of custom items. 

• Unless the item arrives damaged, the nature of these items does not allow me to resell easily
• If cancellation is communicated within 3 hours of purchase, as described above, I will accept the cancellation

Return of items

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, Buyer is responsible for loss in value.

Q.  Do you take custom orders? 

A.  Absolutely! I’d love to work with you! I can customize colors, names, and sizes. 

Q.  How do I care for my chalk artwork? 

A.  I recommend dry dusting all of my artwork. I prefer a microfiber dusting cloth, but any dry dusting tool would work. Many chemicals or water could cause damage or discoloration. If you feel you would like to seal your artwork, a light spray sealer will work. But chalk is tough stuff, just like you. If you have ordered an outdoor sign, I have already sealed it.

Q.  Will my item look exactly as pictured? 

A.  Colors may vary slightly as each piece is handmade. However, I do my best to make sure the item you ordered is up to the highest of expectations.
